 As a business owner, you know that sometimes it can be tough to find someone appropriate to talk to about the unique challenges you face. 

 You know your business better than anyone else, while you don’t need someone to tell you what to do, you may just need someone you can discuss your ideas with so you can process and organise your thoughts and feel like you are not alone.

That’s where we come in.

Our program connects you with a Business Buddy, a trained listener who is dedicated to hearing you out and helping you work through any problems or ideas you may have.  Whether you’re struggling with a difficult decision, feeling overwhelmed with responsibilities, or just need someone to bounce ideas off, we are here to support you.

With a Business Buddy, you can expect:

 Support as and when you need it:  We will not push anything on you.  We are here for you when you want us, and as you want us. 

 Confidentiality and privacy: We understand that you may need to discuss sensitive information, and we take your privacy seriously. All conversations are strictly confidential.

 Active listening: Our listeners are trained to actively listen to you and provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to express yourself.

 Encouragement and guidance: Our listeners are experienced in helping business owners navigate challenges and find solutions that work for them.

 Openness and wholistic: you drive the conversation and the topic not us.  You are free to talk about whatever helps you - technical or personal. 

 Flexibility: We understand that running a business can be unpredictable, so we offer flexible scheduling options to fit your needs.  

We offer the support you need, as you need it.  That can be regular on-going meetings, a one-off conversation, or a quick chat on an as needed basis.  You decide the type of support you want and how you want it, without any pressure from us.
